COSTS

We believe our costs are most competitive, particularly when considering the quality and benefit of our services to the industry. Furthermore, the greatest benefits to our clients are more than cost-effective, in that regulatory compliance is the “gold key” to progressive and legal aviation business decisions and thereby improves the level of safe flying for all.

It is often difficult to give a firm valuation or estimation of the cost of a particular task unless the client is able to give us firm and clear terms of reference as to their requirements. If the client is unsure as to the nature of the terms of reference necessary, we are of course able to provide guidance in this area.

We feel that our clients are happiest with a staged time-frame approach to our valuations, as the simplest and clearest method of costings and terms. These valuations are drafted at initial consultation where our client's requirements are outlined and noted. A full job valuation will be forwarded prior to commencement, for client approval and agreement.

In any event, every effort will be made to give an accurate as possible valuation of the assignment prior to commencement of the task.


CONFIDENTIALITY

Dealing as we do with such a diverse range of operators, it is inevitable that we deal with clients who are competitors with other clients of ours, and also that we become party to sensitive, confidential information in both operational and commercial areas.

It would not be possible to be in the business we are in without being able to absolutely assure our clients of the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
